The Belafonte triple stitched shirts are superbly cut and sewn giving a real vintage silhouette that harks back to depression era style. At their finest when tucked into a higher rise pair of jeans or trousers (or not of course), they have a slimmer fitted shoulder, slim point collar and slightly looser top of arm which, when tucked into the right leg covers, comes together to offer a really complementive and smart asthetic. Go braces, cap and jacket for full classic style.
The Beige stripe fabric is a quality lightweight, slightly crisp cotton (85%) and linen (15%) mix which is great for the warmer months and you can imagine what we’d say about layering in the colder one’s. The construction is mostly triple chain stitched seams in important area’s of wear and stress such as the side, shoulders, arm and yoke seams.
They are well executed and very well made classics that will last you, well.
