The Riders jacket from Freenote Cloth is a classic utilitarian everyday mid weight jacket (10 oz this time) and is one of their best sellers year on year. It is very solidly made with a waterproof 10 oz Martexin waxed canvas (nice stuff!) and is heavily sewn up and bar tacked for a very robust and long life. The Japanese printed liner is also a nice touch and feels great.
The fit is great and works well for layering or standalone and waxed canvas outer will lighten in the creases and show wear ion the way denim and leather jackets do. It’s a handsome hardwearing staple. The 10 oz version is great for all but the coldest of seasons and a nice weight for the warmer months.

The “model” is 5ft 10-11″ tall (179 cm), medium build weighing in at roughly 83 KG.
He is wearing a MEDIUM in the Freenote Riders jacket for a good all around fit that can be layered under or worn with just a t-shirt. He generally takes a medium/ 16/ 38-40 (Often large/ 40-42 in Japanese made clothing) in most tops and shirts. He could also wear a SMALL for a trimmer fit with just a thin layer underneath.
