The Trigger shirt is a beauty. It is slightly cleaner looking evolution of Stevensons Cody shirt and is a western style with intricate yoke and sleeve cuff details, a complementive tailored fit and comes in two very different very luxurious fabrics this season. It’s a real winner either tucked in or let loose.
The Khaki/ Tan version: Feels like a lighter weight breathable moleskin. It is a slightly thick linen-blended twill fabric that is woven using uneven yarn which creates a unique look that will get better the more it’s worn. No shrinkage expected if washed under 40C and dried naturally.
The Denim version: A lighter 6.5 oz top quality Zimbabwe cotton is used to weave this indigo denim fabric, allowing the finished fabric itself to be very flexible. Zimbabwe cotton is also known to absorb the indigo very well, resulting in a deep, rich colour. It is woven on vintage shuttle looms which gives it a slightly rough texture. It has a really nice drape and will look superb when worn and washed a while.
The Khaki/ Tan Trigger shirt came up a little bit smaller and is quite tailored around the waist/ stomach area than other Stevenson shirts in the same size so we would suggest sizing up one from your normal shirt size. Please see measurements chart.
The “model” is wearing a LARGE and generally takes a medium/ 16 / 38-40 (occasionally large/ 40-42 in Japanese made clothing) in most tops and shirts.
He is: 5ft 10-11″ tall (180 cm), medium build weighing in at roughly 82 KG.
