The Hunter boots from Brother Bridge are a sure footed, comfortable and (in our opinion) very handsome pair of boots. They have a low profile, great all over shape with curves in all the right places and can and do look the part of a work/ hunter style boot that you can wear with just about anything.
The Chromexcel leather from Horween is sturdy, very pliable, develops some great character as it forms to the wearers foot and is easily looked after if you want to keep them looking dressy, just give them a wax and brush here and there.
The lasts (shape the boot is made on) are the best bit. They have a very shapely and low profile silhouette, nice slim waist with a sleek almond/ rounded shaped toe, good width at the ball and feel glove like through the middle of the boot and heel.
Comfort: Brother Bridge developed their own arch bridge support which is a molded insole with a slightly cupped heel that feels good underfoot and sits under a leather heel and brushed cloth insole. The outer-sole is “The Boots Factory” cork that is hard wearing and spongy for all day comfort and they are finished with Cat’s Paw heels.
Construction & finish: Great materials and Goodyear welt construction methods have been used, just see the DETAILS tab for more info. The stitching is very neat and uniform, the low heel is well balanced giving a sure footed feel and the sole trim is even and nicely finished.
