The Viberg Short Hunter is a real do it all hiker, work, ride and great allrounder made with the nicest feeling leather and constructed to be ready for anything. It is a very solid, not overly heavy and comfortably handsome choice for everyday and all terrain wear. Really like these.
Combining a heavy duty Vibram Sierra outer sole, that has great traction and comfort, a channeled goodyear storm welt for extra protection from the elements, kip leather lining, padded ankle collar, cushioned leather insole, fully gusseted tongue and the very shapely bump toe 2045 munson-esque last, they are the type of boots that will be your go too’s.
The 2045 last is one of our favourite lasts period. It is shapely, very accommodating for various foot shapes due to the munson shaped toe, slim in the waist and heel with enough height over the top of the toe’s for even the most particular of toe heights. It’s a very comfortable last to wear out of the box.
The Dark Rubber Essex leather is just that and more. It had a very hardy slight rubbery feel with a very nice lustre, perfect for beating up in the wilderness and bringing back to shine if you like. We look forward to seeing some well worn examples.
Construction & finish: The best materials and construction methods have been used in these boots to withstand what they were made for, just see the DETAILS tab. The finish is great, even trim with a nice trimmed in waist.
