Double Helix was born in 2017 by Kaori Matsuda & Jay through their combined passion for vintage leather jackets and an obsession with horsehide. Their jackets have continued to gain popularity due to the brands selectiveness of the Horsehide leather they use and have continued to grow through development of era correct replica jacket patterns.
In 2025 they released their boots range using original lasts, own brand outer soles, very clean goodyear welting and most importantly, Horse Stripe leather (more on that in the product info). Within 30 seconds of handling a pair of their boots we knew we had to have them in our line up. They are great, very solidly built boots that will age very well.
