Description

We have always found it really hard to find good warmer weather (or indoor) footwear that is stylish, let your feet breathe, are well made and that will last you year on year and get only better in that time. We’ve found them!

Zerrows sandals are what we expect from boots and the best alternative we have found for them for warmer day’s, the great indoors, popping out or in the garden. They are a great long term replacement for cheap sandals or trainers and we think you’ll agree. The Dagres Dark Brown leather is a pliable pull leather with great depth and lustre and will age beautifully.

They are all stitch down constructed so they can be resoled, made of heavier weight leathers that get better with age, have leather mid-soles, fully adjustable steel buckles for varying widths of feet, are cushioned by foam covered in a molded leather insole and immediately very comfortable (like Birkenstock but with more luxury and longevity – and style).

If you are looking for the work boot equivalent in a 2 season/ garden/ knocking around foot covering that will go with everything then you have found them. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sizing information

Zerrows sandal styles all fit the same. They have a fairly wide ball and toe area that slims down in the mid foot and heel and the foot is supported in the arch and heel by thick leather over shaped foam giving you that Birkenstock-esque support in a more robust and luxury footbed and upper. As the straps are adjustable for a wider fitting range, the best guide would be to find your size bracket below, please choose that corresponding size: Zerrows size 7 = 7 - 8.5 US (7 - 8 UK) Zerrows size 8 = 8.5 - 9.5 US (8 - 9 UK) Zerrows size 9 = 9.5 - 10.5 US (9-10 UK) Zerrows size 10 = 10.5 - 11.5 US (10-11 UK) Zerrows size 11 = 11.5 - 12.5 US (11-12 UK) Please also see the measurements as detailed here. Shipping & Returns

A couple of notes:

We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (and between if possible) using next day for the UK and expedited for the rest of the World including the EU. Tracking information will be sent to you by email at the time of shipping.

To keep things nice and simple and just incase you need to return an item the shipping cost has not been calculated into the price of your item/s. We feel that this way it is transparent and can price the item accordingly and not inflate the item cost to cover free shipping.

The shipping rate is calculated on the heaviest item in your cart/ basket only so no need to worry that you’ll be charged twice.

UK Shipping:

Flat rate of £7.00 for all orders.
Next day with UPS if ordered before 10am.

EEC European Countries:

(Excluding: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania & Switzerland – Please see details further below):

All import costs for with a product value above £300 (for the items only, not including shipping costs) are covered by East West Apparel and so the price you see on the product page is the price you will pay (which will get converted to your currency) + the below shipping costs. There will be no import taxes or duties for you to pay unless your order value for items only is under £300.

Returns:

SALE ITEMS: Are non returnable/ refundable so please do check measurements thoroughly using the measurements provided. If you are unsure on sizing, please do get in touch so we can help with any information you might need.

We hope you are happy with your item/s but if for any reason you do need to return or exchange an item then we offer a full no hassle refund or exchange providing yiou adhere to the below.

Please Note: Any items such as custom/ special ordered boots or items that have been altered in any way at your request or whilst in your possession are non-returnable/ refundable unless faulty when received. So, please contact us to discuss any sizing details or queries and refer to any relevant sizing charts before placing an order.

UK Returns:

Please contact us letting us know you wish to return an item.

Items must be unworn, all tags and associated packaging attached and in the condition you received them. PLEASE TRY SHOES & BOOTS ON ON A CARPETED SURFACE to keep the sole in new condition. We do understand the need to try on boots for a short time to assess the fit but creased leather or signs of longer wear will not be deemed as being in brand new condition and as you received them.

Return shipping is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty) and we would suggest sending the item by an insured (for the full value) and recorded method, as they are your responsibility until we receive them back. We can also arrange to email you a UPS returns label and deduct £10 from your refund or invoice you the same amount if it is an exchange.
Returns must be received within 14 (UK) and 14 (EU/ International) days of the date of delivery. Any returns received after this time will result in either an exchange or shop credit being offered only.

Once the goods are received back and inspected satisfactorily we will issue a full refund minus initial shipping costs within 24 hours to the original source of payment. Please leave up to 7 days for the refund to show on your payment source.

NON UK Returns:

Please use a shipping service of your choice. We recommend insuring the item. We potentially can arrange return shipping depending on your country so please get in touch to find out the cost.

If returning items from outside of the UK it is important that you mark the items as a RETURNED ORDER/ GOODS.

Please also declare the value at no more than £50 (or the equivalent in your country’s currency). If you do not do this, we will end up paying taxes and duties on the item for a second time around which will have to be deducted from your refund. Please do insure the parcel for the full value as the item is your responsibility until we receive it back.

All other conditions are as for the UK.

Upon receipt of returned items, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the items only or give an exchange or credit as required.

Exchanges:

Please follow the same steps as for refunds with the exception of:

Please inform us by email that you wish to exchange for a different size/ item and if in stock we will reserve your exchange item for you or alternatively order your size/ item in especially for you (subject to availability).

The exchange item will be sent out to you with free Shipping within the UK and at a discounted rate for EU and International customers. Please note that only the first exchange item will be sent out with free/ discounted shipping. Any subsequent exchanges will incur normal shipping charges, which will be payable prior to the item being shipped. We will contact you with shipping costs.

EU EXCHANGES: Unfortunately we cannot cover the import fees (VAT/ Any duty) for the exchanged import to the EU. We cannot recoup the costs of the initial import and so therefore it would mean too much of a loss for a small business like ours. We will make it very clear on the exchange paperwork that it is an exchange and be as helpful on the paperwork as it allows so that the fee’s are kept to a minimum.
